2. Description of Service
TattooSpire provides a specialized AI tattoo maker platform for generating custom tattoo ideas and previewing them on your body through our virtual try-on tool. Our services include text-to-image tattoo generation, virtual body placement, design storage, and related functionality. AI generation is powered by our subprocessor, BytePlus ModelArk. Payments are securely processed by Flitt.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of TattooSpire, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Be at least 18 years old to create an account
4. Credits and Payments
TattooSpire operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits are required to generate tattoo designs
- Credits can be purchased in any supported amount
- Credits are non-transferable. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase — contact us for a full refund
- Purchased credits do not expire
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TattooSpire to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
- Create designs that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload images without the consent of depicted individuals
- Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated tools to access our services
- Circumvent any usage limits or restrictions
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and images you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process this content specifically to provide our services to you.
Generated Designs: Any custom AI tattoo design generated through TattooSpire is fully licensed to you for personal and commercial use. Full usage rights—including taking the design to a real-world tattoo artist—are included with all credit purchases.
Our Content: The TattooSpire platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TattooSpire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated designs will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may vary in quality and style.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TattooSpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Tattoo Decisions
TattooSpire is a design tool only. The decision to get a tattoo is yours alone. We are not responsible for any outcomes related to tattoos you choose to get based on our generated designs. Always consult with a professional tattoo artist before getting inked.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of TattooSpire after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
12. Governing Law
TattooSpire is provided as a global service. These Terms are governed by generally applicable principles of contract and consumer law. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith. Where your local law grants mandatory consumer rights, those rights continue to apply.
